When we founded the Tuesday Club, we were all working by day for a French owned company with a Lion as its logo. The Katipō is New Zealand’s only native poisonous creature. The Lion’s skull and Spider illustration by Ross Murray became our silent protest and act of defiance. Its true meaning has been untold until now.
