Learn to make authentic Chinese Dumplings with brother and sister duo Ella & Toby. Join us in The Tuesday Club kitchen as they gift their family knowledge and teach you how to make, cook and serve traditional pork and cabbage dumplings. Ella (16) and Toby (14) started Chiwi Dumplings (Chinese–Kiwi) in 2022, making and selling their homemade dumplings, which were soon in high demand. As well as wanting to eat them, they quickly realised many of their customers were keen to learn how to make their own, so teachers they became! Join the family and learn a skill you can pass on to your own. Bring hungry bellies, good vibes and a spare container to take some dumplings home.
