Knifemaking Workshop with Champion Knives

Join chef and knife-maker Hayden from Champion Knives and craft your own kitchen knife with a bespoke wooden handle and brass detailing. In this one day session, you will design your carbon steel knife, cut your brass bolster and manipulate the blade. Then, you will choose your wood (or bring your own) and assemble and fix the handle. After a break for lunch, you’ll then complete the shaping, sanding, burning, oiling and sharpening of your knife – leaving you with a one of a kind tool, that if well cared for, will last a lifetime.
